In June 2026, ALTAN Georgia LLC and Wuxi Kaining Electric Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement, marking an important step forward in the long-term cooperation between the two companies.
During the first half of 2026, the two parties maintained close communication and carried out multiple rounds of discussions regarding product procurement, supply cooperation, order execution, and future business collaboration. Through continued communication and mutual understanding, both companies reached agreements on several areas of cooperation and established a solid foundation for further business development.
The Framework Cooperation Agreement provides a clear cooperation framework for both parties. Under the agreement, ALTAN Georgia LLC will procure relevant products from Wuxi Kaining Electric Technology Co., Ltd. based on agreed orders and requirements, while Wuxi Kaining will provide corresponding products and related supply services in accordance with the agreed technical specifications, quality standards, delivery requirements, and other commercial terms.
The agreement also establishes arrangements covering product pricing, ordering and delivery, inspection and acceptance, payment and invoicing, product quality, after-sales service, and other aspects of cooperation. These arrangements are intended to support a more stable and efficient cooperation process between the two companies.
The signing of the agreement represents the further development of the business relationship established between ALTAN Georgia LLC and Wuxi Kaining Electric Technology Co., Ltd. It also provides a structured basis for future orders and continued cooperation.
1. Issuing of the Official Letter of Authorization
Wuxi Kaining Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KAINING), a professional electric vehicle manufacturer located at Fengjiaqiao Industrial Park, Li1an Village, Yangjian Town, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, P.R.C., officially issued a Letter of Authorization on September 10, 2026, appointing Altan Georgia LLC as its authorized brand distributor in Georgia.
Authorization Scope & Term
Altan Georgia LLC, located at N6 Kakutsa Cholokashvili St., Tibaani, Sighnaghi, Georgia, TIN: 440402609, obtains full official authorization to promote all KAINING electric vehicles and subsequently engage in commercial activities under the KAINING brand within the territory of Georgia.
This official distribution authorization takes effect on September 5, 2026 and remains valid until September 14, 2029, within the framework of a five-year cooperation period. Any extension of this authorization term shall only be approved upon a new written authorization issued by Wuxi Kaining Electric Technology Co., Ltd.
This partnership marks an important milestone in KAINING’s international market expansion strategy. By cooperating with the local authorized distributor Altan Georgia LLC, KAINING will provide Georgian consumers with reliable and cost-effective electric mobility products, while establishing standardized local sales channels, after-sales service, and brand promotion systems in Georgia.
Genuine Products & After-Sales Service Statement
All KAINING electric vehicles sold through Altan Georgia LLC are guaranteed to be genuine factory-manufactured products with full official brand authorization. Customers may enjoy the manufacturer’s full warranty and official after-sales service. Any sale of KAINING electric vehicles conducted without this formal written authorization is not recognized by the brand, and such sales shall not be covered by the brand’s official service guarantees.
The authorized signatory of Wuxi Kaining Electric Technology Co., Ltd. signed the official Letter of Authorization, thereby confirming the legality and validity of the aforementioned distribution cooperation in Georgia.
